Hello, I am here to share with you a couple projects I did with some of Scrap FX’s  “AMAZING” new releases. The first one is an altered Treasure Box that I made for a little girl….

The Scrap FX stencils used on this piece are: Scribble Script , Peacock Feather  and Garden in Paradise. The chipboard used is: Memories and Flourish Frames . Here are some closeups of detail….

I first did my distressed, stitched layers, I used Vintage Summer Basics Collection from Maja Design…….

I used on all the stencils and chipboard Shimmerz Paints TextureZ (Tidy Widy) and once that dried I applied a bit of  Dazzeler (Tutti Frutti). I then rubbed in some brown chalk into the stencil work to shadow it, or to highlight it….

Using the script stencil, I put Anna’s name on the box, then I glued some seed beads onto the Garden in Paradise Stencil…….

I tried not to get any TextureZ into the little holes of the Peacock Feather, this is were I glued seed beads….

I used metal flowers and brads for my drawer knobs.  Here is my next project I did using some of this months new releases….

The Scrap FX Stencils used on this LO are: Scribble Script , and Peacock Feather , the chipboard used is Flourish Frames , Flourish S Ornate , Imagine Theme Pack , Dream Theme Pack  and Moments Words pack.  The paper used is the Sofiero Collection from Maja Design. My cousin’s daughter Sammy did this work of Art for a school project, on homosexual relations and labels, where her partner is painting over the stereotypes and harsh words. It is a 40 x 30 India Ink. I think it is Amazing, Beautiful!!! I printed it on velvet art paper…

I was inspired by Sammy’s work of Art, that is what gave me the idea of stamping on all the words, using the script stencil and using all the wordlets……..

On the stencils and all the chipboard I used Shimmerz Paints TextureZ (tidy widy) and once that dried I applied a bit of DazzelerZ (trutti Frutti)….

I rubbed in some brown chalk on the feather, then added some bling….

I inked the edges of the wordlets with a dark brown ink pad….

This is where I used the Flourish S Ornate and the part of the frame that I had cut and used the flourish on the Treasure box……
