Making Present Wrapping Paper

by admin

Hi all!

Misty here to share with you a simple and inexpensive gift wrap idea using cheap lunch sacks and Scrap FX stencils and stamps.

For the first one, I used the scribble circle stamp and embossed it a little.  Unfortunately, the embossing isn’t showing up very well in this pic.  (We haven’t had too much sun lately so the artificial lighting isn’t doing anything to help out my lack of photography skills 😉 )stamps_paper_bag_edited-1
For the next sack, I used the rose stencil.  I brushed some gesso over it and misted it to add some shimmer.  then I added the holly corner and added my sentiment!

Here is just a close up of some of the texture….

This was such a quick and easy way to dress up your packaging.  I’m pretty sure this is how I will be passing out baked goods this year!  I would love to see what you guys are up to with your stamps, stencils and chipboard!  Hope you’re having a great week!
