Hi friends!

Happy new year to you all!

I’m kicking off January with another project in the Kraft junk journal kit

In this art journal page I use a new stencil that I designed for Scrap FX .

I started off adding some black dots collage paper to the background

Then I added some colour to the background and decided on a warm colour palette.

Fist of all I added the Believe stencil to the right hand side of my page using black paint and a mini blending tool. I didn’t use too much paint on my blending tool as the stencil has very fine details and I wanted the image to be crisp, so the paint wouldn’t bleed under the stencil.

I also used the Imagine phrase stencil and added some words to the page.

Next I used the ooooxxxx stamp and added some marks to the page and also used the cross confetti stencil to add more marks to the page too.

I also used a signo uniball in white and added some drop shadows to the text from the stencil and I also added some mark making using cots in black and white.
