Summer Delight

Hi girls, hope all is well with everyone.

Here is a LO I did using the honeycomb patchwork stencil (2012162).  The photo was taken in my garden.

I used the black chipboard field of flowers (2012163). I applied rock candy crackle, then, once dry, I used Stream distress ink.

For the Honeycomb patchwork (2012162), I first traced the hexagons on to plastic (old packaging), then cut them out. I  inked the plastic, and once dry I applied rock candy, and micro beads, followed by a spray of mist once dry.  I painted the outside edge black, then applied rock candy and black micro beads. When I put the pieces together I wrapped  wire around to give it more texture.

I used “Summer” from the Seasons Theme pack (2009374), I just applied Scattered Straw, and Pine Needles crackle paint.

I did the same treatment on the wordlet Fun as I did on Summer.
