2 Scrapbook Layouts . . . by Sharon!

by Sharon Fritchman

Hi everyone!  I am very happy to be sharing my 2 newest scrapbook pages with all of you!!  I had so much fun making these layouts because I used some of the newest and totally fabulous Scrap FX products to make them.

I don’t know if I told you before, but I love photography!  I am still learning, but love to make scrapbook pages with the photos that I take myself.  To me, it makes layouts more meaningful.  My first page was inspired by this photo that I took on the boardwalk in Atlantic City.  The beach and ocean will always be in my heart and brings back wonderful childhood memories for me!!

Here is my first layout entitled “Forever in my Heart:”

Here are the beautiful chipboard pieces that I used.  I heat embossed them with white and turquoise embossing powder:

Art Nouveau Arc

Shell dangles

The cloud from “Arrow Corner”

Forever In My Heart Wordlet

Fun Park

I also used the art deco stencil to create my background:

and rose garden silhouette that I painted white:

And I cute our words form the Art Words transparency:

Here are some close-ups of my layout:

And here is a different view:

My second layout is entitled “A Dream is a Wish Your Heart Makes.”  I was inspired by this photo that I took of my daughter who looks like she is dreaming about her future:

Here is my completed page:

I absolutely LOVE all of the Scrap FX dreamcatcher chipboard pieces, and this one is a favorite of mine.  I heat embossed it with white embossing powder and backed it with cheesecloth:

Dreamcatcher:

I also used the following amazing chipboard pieces that I heat embossed with white embossing powder:

Carriage:

A Dream Is A Wish Your Heart Makes Wordlet:

Flourish-O8:

To give the background paper more interest, I used the flower buds stencil and texture paste:

And a “Create” Index Tab:

And I cut out words from the Art Words transparency:

I hope you enjoyed my latest pages.  Most importantly, my wish is that you were inspired to make some scrapbook pages yourself!  If you love the products you see here as much as I loved using them, you can check out the Scrap FX store for more details.  You can even ask your favorite local store to order these products!

  1. I love the first most. The pink one with tourquise embossing powder is top!
