Two “Love” Scrapbook Pages by Sharon!

by Sharon Fritchman

Hi everyone! Where has the month of March gone?  It’s so hard to believe that March is coming to an end soon!  Today, I am very excited to be back sharing two scrapbook pages that I made using lots of Scrap FX hearts and love products!  Since my husband, John, and I celebrated or 29th anniversary on March 3, I felt it was very appropriate to scrap photos about us using these fabulous pieces.

My first page is entitled “The Kiss.”  I scrapped a favorite photo taken of u on our wedding day, back on March 3, 1990!

I totally enjoyed making my layout using the following Scrap FX chipboard pieces that I heat embossed with white embossing powder:

“The Kiss”

One piece from “Love to Infinity”

I flipped “Blooming Heart”

And used “Heart Corners”

I also incorporated the “White Lace Heart” into my page:

And I used one of these beautiful “Black and White Butterflies”

I also stamped and heat embossed directly onto the outer borders of my page with the “Rose Garden” stamp:

Last but not least, I added two phrases from the “Love Transparency:”

Here is a closer look:

My second scrapbook page, entitled “Love” was made using more recent photos of John and I.  These were taken in December of 2016:

For this page, I used the following chipboard pieces that I heat embossed with deep red/garnet embossing powder:

“Wired Love”

“Heartscrawl”

One piece from “Love to Infinity”

And “Chain & Clip”

I heat embossed this piece with ivory embossing powder:

“Art Deco Border”

Here is a close-up:

And a different view:

I used a stencil and with some texture paste to add some dimension on the top and bottom of my page:

“Damask Border Stencil”

I also added the phrase “Faith, Hope, Love” from the “Love Transparency.”

Here’s one more look:

I hope I inspired you and that you enjoyed seeing my pages as much as I enjoyed making them using wonderful Scrap FX products!  Please take a moment to check out the Scrap FX Store and Scrap FX Australia Facebook page, too.  You can find lots of inspiration there.

Thank you for stopping by!  I look forward to seeing you again next month.
