Few projects with Irina Gerschuk

by admin

Hi my friends!
It’s Irina Gerschuk with you today and I’d like to share my new projects!

1st is an altered cake-shaped gift box:

Some close-ups:
I’ve colored all chipboard peaces in this project with white enamel

After I’ve glued the flourish corner I added some glitter on top of it. I just love that due to the good quality of the Scrap FX chipboard I can band it, strung on pins, cover with different mixed-media products etc. (it gives me so much freedom to use it as I often tries to add more volume or sparkle to the project by using the chipboard!)
Here’s the closer look at it:

I’ve divided the flourish 17 tendrils into several parts to match the size of the project and the whole composition. I’ve added different self-adhesive pearls to the swirl and mini whimsy tree as a zest:

My 2nd project is a canvas 30×30 with my children playing together on the picture. I was inspired by the bubble blower to create it. Like when you see lots of bubbles in the shiny weather and one of them is the biggest that caught your eye. You look at it and start to notice different shades of bright colors and maybe some kind of images on its surface. And it all lasts for just a moment but its absolutely beautiful!
So, here it is:

I’ve colored the chipboard title with white embossing powder

I’ve divided the swirl into two parts to match the composition and colored it with eggshell acrylic paint:

The frame was covered with the gold embossing powder with glitter:

My 3rd project for today is a shabby-chic wedding card with a massive flourish composition:

The mini feathers match perfectly the composition as I wanted to emphasize the theme of wings, birds and angels in this card. I’ve colored them with white acrylic paint and added some glitter on top of it.

The hearts were covered with shabby-effect embossing powder. I’ve strung them on decorative pins to add more volume to the composition:

That’s all for today!
Thank you for stopping by!
Have a fabulous day))
